Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program for beginners or career switchers?

No. This coaching is for professionals with experience in engineering or data. If you’re starting out or switching into data engineering, the Learn Data Engineering Academy is a better fit.

How is this different from a bootcamp or online course?

Bootcamps are one-size-fits-all, with generic projects and no feedback. Coaching is personalized: we map your skills, identify your gaps, and design a tailored project with direct mentorship and ongoing support.

What if I can’t attend every live session?

That’s fine. We run weekly sessions across EU and US-friendly times. If you can’t make one, you’ll still get feedback and progress support. You’ll also have direct access to us outside the live calls, so you’re never left stuck waiting for the next session.

Do I need to know every tool or cloud platform before joining?

No. You’ll bring your current stack and background, and we’ll design a project that stretches you into the tools and practices you need to grow.

How much time do I need to commit?

Plan for 5–10 hours per week. This is hands-on work, you’ll be building a real project, not just consuming lessons.

What happens after my project is finished?

The coaching runs for 6 months. During that time you’ll complete your tailored project, get direct mentorship in weekly sessions, and continue receiving feedback and support as you grow.

Can my employer pay for this program?

Yes. Many companies use their professional development budgets to invest in their engineers. We can provide invoices and help make the process simple.
