Instructions on withdrawal (services and digital content) & cancellation form
Consumers have a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without specifying a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Andreas Kretz, Am Kirchberg 32, 97834 Birkenfeld, Germany, Tel: +49-151 64860660; E-mail: [email protected]) with a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than any additional charges arising from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
If, in the case of contracts for services, you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the provision of services if we have provided the service in full and we have only started to provide the service after you have given your explicit consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have explicitly consented to our commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed to us your knowledge that by consenting you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium reflecting the contract’s content, including the aforementioned conditions for the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal.
